After checking into accommodations, guests are invited to carpool over to the HideOut for a Meet & Greet, complete with lawn games and swimming in the pond.

6:00 PM

Welcome BBQ is served! Once the sun goes down, bring it inside the lodge and saloon for board games, mingling, and maybe some karaoke.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2013

10:00 AM

Guests are welcome to return to The HideOut for a casual brunch, or they can take advantage of the incredible hiking trails and features of the area. Swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, and cornhole will all be set up for guests who wish to stick around.

1:00 PM

The first of two shuttle runs will leave Kirkwood, heading towards the HideOut.

2:00 PM

The second of two shuttle runs will leave Kirkwood, heading towards the HideOut.

3:00 PM

All guests are invited to join us for a Cocktail Hour at The HideOut with catered hors d'œuvres. The bride and groom will be welcoming guests in the reception area and taking photos.

4:15 PM

Guests will parade to the ceremony site for a short and sweet ceremony, after which there will be dinner, dancing, and more fun. If you are joining us for the ceremony only, this is your deadline!

8:00 PM-12:00 AM

The evening shuttle will be taking remote guests back to their lodging.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2013

Casual Pajama Brunch for any surviving guests. Make sure to sign the guestbook and take any remaining photos. Jump in the lake if it's hot enough!

After our goodbyes, the Wedding Posse will be staying behind to clean and up and finish the kegs for a Burner-style afterparty. Family members and children are asked to vacate by 3:00pm.
